I haven't even been and I can recommend them with full confidence. I called in to see if they could repair my laptop, and rather than having me book an appointment, charging me for the diagnosis, and stringing me along... the guy on the phone (didn't get his name sorry) searched for the necessary parts right then and there and said they wouldn't be able to get the part (it's just not available, not their fault). Have a 12 year old Dell desktop. Never had an issue until a couple of months ago. Wouldn't launch, tried everything. Had two IT pros look at it they couldn't fix it. Was about to toss it when I read some of the reviews for Joe's. Figured why not? Brought it in, less than a week later they'd fixed it.
